I quickly learned more from this short, well-written field guide than from any other camellia book that I've read.

This is the perfect book for anyone that is just getting started with camellias, it is very well written and right now they are flying off our Gift Shop shelves, I keep having to reorder them. There are also interesting bits of camellia trivia and lore in the Do You Know sections. Even if you have been growing camellias for years, you can find everything you NEED to know about how to plant and care for your camellias plus even how to propagate. It is also a great resource for finding local camellia clubs in the United States.The local club here near Massee Lane Gardens (Fort Valley, GA) recently had a raffle and this book was one of the most popular items!
