Art of the Airport Tower is a photographic journey to airports in the U.S. and around the world. About the Author CAROLYN RUSSO has worked at the National Air and Space Museum since 1988 as a staff photographer and as a museum specialist in the Aeronautics Division with the National Air and Space Museum art collection. She is the author of several books, most recently In Plane View: Abstractions of Flight.

It’s an odd collection of global Air Traffic Control Towers. You’ll find photos of that evoke nostalgia reminiscent of ‘50s B-Movies about Aliens, uber-Modern towers, crumbling towers, and even a list of temporary towers. I have my copy… do you have yours?
