From the Author My illustrator Kathy Peterson and I are so happy to be donating 100% of our profits from the sales of this book to KICKcancER, from now until December 15, 2015. (just in time for Christmas - so be sure to get a few for Christmas presents!) The donations will go directly to this organization to fulfill the requests for KICKstart kits - kits that are designed to nurture children during and after their cancer treatments. Would you please be generous and consider being a part of our project this Christmas season! Not only will you get a beautiful book, but you will be helping to get these kits into the hands of children, waiting for their kits! Bless and be blessed!
About the Author Lele Ste lives with her beloved family on top of Palomar Mountain in beautiful southern California. She has a love for children, a love for imagination, and a love for creating new worlds with the stroke of a pen... or the tap of a keyboard! She is so thankful that God has given her the ability and the passion to help children expand their horizons through the gift of reading and writing. "I have loved every time when I've been able to interact with young readers - whether I'm speaking at their school, or talking with them after they've finished reading the book, or talking about upcoming projects. I love their enthusiasm! Even more than that - I love that they're enjoying reading and some are even inspired to begin writing!" "But this latest project with KICKcancER, really has my heart singing. I'm so thrilled that not only are copies of The Littlest Daffodil being read by children and adults going through difficult struggles - but every ounce of profit is going to fulfill KICKstart kits for children who are needing to be nurtured before and after their cancer treatments. When your gifts get to be used to bless other people and glorify God, that's the best feeling in the world!"

It is the sweetest story and although the audience is for children, it's beneficial for the whole family as the author takes you on an emotional journey one goes through during times of crisis ... sadness, doubt, faith, strength and acceptance. It's a very motivational book. Beautifully illustrated. Should be in every children's library. Great gift for youngsters.

Having enjoyed Lele Ste's writing in the past (see "Lunarium") I knew I was in for a treat. I was not disappointed."The Littlest Daffodil" is a beautifully illustrated children's book that will inspire and comfort children of all ages who may be facing the uncertainty, frustration, sorrow, and utter bewilderment of uninvited illness or injury. Why, indeed, do bad things happen to good people? Although the ultimate answer to that question may have to wait for another time and place, this sweet story about a tiny, injured, and rather distraught little flower is bound to encourage and uplift anyone in need of encouragement.

By Melissa Hoff This story beautifully portrays how God loves and nurtures His children tenderly in the midst of suffering. The author paints a heartfelt picture that can be easily be understood by children. Enhancing the book's charm are stunning illustrations worthy of framing!
