4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Good for rainy days, but not for casual folders. By Frances I have always been wary of buying things like this, and for good reason. I find often that the paper in these packs isn't quite square, making your finished projects a little lopsided. This disappoints me. Not only that, but the instructions aren't quite up to par either - newer folders will have problems understanding them. The need for glue or extra supplies for 6 out of 8 of these projects means that you can't just do these on the fly - you have to prepare a space and materials. If you want a crafty afternoon, this will be much fun. If you're like me, and just want to fold something pretty every now and again, I wouldn't recommend it.

Great Stocking Stuffer for the Paper Crafter By wayne This craft kit would make a great gift for anyone, older child or adult, who loves to embellish cupcakes, scrapbooks, greeting cards or the dinner table. The stack of paper is HUGE and each sheet is patterned on one side with a complimentary or coordinating solid color on the other side. The patterns are mostly geometric designs such as lines, plaids, circles and squares. It is a light-weight paper with a matte finish in contemporary shades of red, green, yellow, blue and purple.My favorite flower designs are the forget-me-not and the fritillaria because they are instantly recognizable as their garden counterparts. The Lotus flower is going to be the centerpiece at my next Indian meal. Scissors, glue and wooden skewers and stem wire are additional supplies needed to complete some of the projects. Clear photos of the projects in progress accompany the written instructions. This fun, colorful kit would make a great stocking stuffer for the craftier members of your family.

We are enjoying making flowers with this this origami kit and they aren’t kidding about the super paper pack, it’s huge! I love all the patterns and colors of paper that comes included in this pack and it would also make a great gift, too, since it has the instructions along with the paper. My daughter made the sunburst flower (see pic) in just a few minutes and she found the instructions easy to follow. We did need a glue stick to make sure everything stayed together and we want to try the lily next!
