About the Author Cowboy, scientist, inventor, engineering leader, black-belt martial artist, trapeze artist, business manager …(Okay, we made up the trapeze artist part.)… Gregory Forest Powell grew up on a small cattle ranch in Sanford, AL. His interest in science led him to a Ph.D. in Medical Physics from the University of Chicago where he met his wife, Cheryl Blanck. He spent much of his career in medical imaging product development for several companies with his last job being a VP of Engineering. When his division was suddenly closed, he and his wife set out to do something totally different. He now resides in Andalusia, Alabama with his wife and serves as the business manager for her chiropractic practice while spending his free time studying Aikido and writing.

Black Floyd experienced low self esteem until his genius sister Emily convinced him he was the worthy individual they had met in a time travel realm. Prophet Gore, horse named Rodger, environmental and war devastation touches on several social conditions. The cast of characters is interesting and extensive. Recommended for all sci-fi devotees.
