Review As a librarian in Elementary School, I can honestly say we have never had a book that was so valuable to our teachers, while being fun for the kids to read. Teachers in our school are using this book to help children understand their emotions and value their feelings. It truly connects to them like no other book. I believe it is the simple language, that is also designed to very intentionally help children understand that they can control their lives, mindfully. And Mindful Children's Book By Kort Mad to Glad is a book to help your child deal with what they are feeling and why.What more assistance with parenting could you ask for?Angie Harris writes an amazing book that helps children deal with their emotions. It should be required reading in grade school. The writing and story are engaging for parent and child alike. Stacy's illustrations might not be to everyone's taste, but they are effective and for the most part add to the book's message.It teaches coping skills for what life throws at you, and for that I can't praise it enough. Don't be a victim or make excuses, be the answer to the problem and work through it!~ Kort
